Standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation

Zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAM
Connected Sphere has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Users must not use Connected Sphere to create, upload, store, send, request, promote, distribute, or facilitate content or behavior that sexually abuses, exploits, or endangers anyone under 18.
Connected Sphere is intended only for adults aged 18 and over. This age restriction does not reduce or replace our child-safety obligations.
Prohibited content and conduct
The following content and conduct are strictly prohibited on Connected Sphere:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including real, altered, computer-generated, or illustrated sexual imagery involving a person under 18.
- Grooming, coercing, enticing, or attempting to arrange sexual contact with a child, whether online or offline.
- Sextortion, sexual blackmail, or threats involving real or alleged intimate images of a child.
- Sexualizing a child or requesting, offering, distributing, promoting, or facilitating sexual content involving a child.
- Child trafficking, commercial sexual exploitation, or any attempt to recruit, advertise, or solicit a child for sexual purposes.
- Using Connected Sphere to identify, contact, manipulate, endanger, or exploit a child in any other way.
How to report a child-safety concern
In the Connected Sphere app, open the relevant conversation, open its actions menu, select Report user, and provide enough context for us to review the concern.
You can also report CSAE, CSAM, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or another child-safety concern directly to our designated child safety contact at miro@connectedsphere.xyz. Include relevant usernames, dates, and a description of the concern. Do not download, copy, or forward suspected CSAM in order to make a report.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement before contacting Connected Sphere.
How we respond
When Connected Sphere obtains actual knowledge of suspected CSAE or CSAM, we assess the report promptly and take action consistent with these standards and applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, we may:
- Review the report and relevant account or content information.
- Remove or disable access to prohibited content where we have the ability and authority to do so.
- Restrict features, suspend accounts, or permanently ban users involved in prohibited conduct.
- Preserve relevant information when necessary for user safety, an investigation, or legal compliance.
- Report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the appropriate regional authority when required by applicable law.
- Cooperate with valid requests from law-enforcement and child-safety authorities.
