Delete your Connected Sphere account

Request deletion of your Connected Sphere account without reinstalling or opening the Android app.

Submit a deletion request

Use the email associated with your Connected Sphere account when possible. We will verify your request by email and will never ask for your password.

What deletion means

After verifying your request, we will permanently delete your Connected Sphere account and associated personal data. This is an account and data deletion request, not just account disabling.

Data we may retain

Transaction, subscription, and payment records may be retained where required for accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or legal compliance purposes.
Security logs may be retained for a limited period where needed to investigate abuse, protect users, or comply with legal obligations.
Data that has been anonymized or aggregated so it no longer identifies you may be retained for service operations and reporting.

Google Play subscriptions

Deleting your Connected Sphere account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. If applicable, cancel your subscription separately through Google Play.

Identity verification

Submit the request from the email associated with your Connected Sphere account when possible.
If your contact email is different, we may send a verification message to your account email or ask for non-password account details to confirm ownership.
Do not send your password. Connected Sphere will never ask for your password to process an account deletion request.
